Mission: To
provide stellar quality to attorneys, paying close attention
to detail and being tenacious on every petition until their
needs and expectations are met while maintaining the degree
of professionalism and integrity worthy of their trust.
Disclaimer: Bankruptcy VP does not provide services directly
to consumers, we are not attorneys and do not provide legal
advice.
Benefits
-
Since
Bankruptcy VP is a contracted service, your firm does
not incur the payroll expenses, benefit expenses, or
building overhead for rental of space and/or utilities.
-
Bankruptcy VP is paid when the petition is completed and
is not paid to occupy dead time when you have no
bankruptcy clients. This allows you to retain
professionals that keep their skills sharp on the
requirements and process of completing the petition and
are available only when you need them, thereby
minimizing your staff.
-
Using
Bankruptcy VP frees up your existing staff's time,
allowing you to focus on generating revenue in other
services in your firm.
-
By
using the Client Intake Forms provided by Bankruptcy VP,
your interview time with your bankruptcy clients will be
minimized. You can further minimized the interview time
by allowing Bankruptcy VP to call the client for
information that may have been omitted on the Client
Intake Forms or to clarify information provided. Please
note, we will never contact your client without your
permission.
-
Phone
calls to your office from your bankruptcy petitioners
will be virtually eliminated with use of the Client
Intake Forms, as they provide for all of the information
required to complete the information, including the
Means Test and State of Financial Affairs. Again, if you
give Bankruptcy VP permission, the calls taken and made
by your staff can be further reduced by allowing
Bankruptcy VP to call your clients for missing
information or clarification.
-
Whenever online resources are available, you will be
provided with an online report to confirm information on
the client intake forms, i.e., reports from PACER on
prior bankruptcies, Blue Book value on vehicles,
courthouse filings for liens, judgments, tax records,
etc.
-
Bankruptcy VP will alert you to red flags that may
potentially cause problems with the case before the
petition is filed.
-
Bankruptcy VP will work with you to customize our
services to your needs and preferences to allow you to
have consistency in processing bankruptcy cases while
utilizing your unique "rhythm".
-
In
districts where electronic filing is available, and
after you have reviewed and approved the petition,
Bankruptcy VP can electronically your petitions, thus
further reducing time and effort on behalf of you and
your staff.
-
Bankruptcy VP will maintain an electronic record of your
client’s petition off site as a backup to your in-house
record.
